During the year Carers Support Guildford hold a number of 'Time Out' events for Carers and training and information days which are both enjoyable and stimulating. A series of free meetings to be held in South West Surrey  funded by Surrey Health and Social Care Joint Training Partnership

September 9th 2010 - Dancing for Health Fairlands Community Centre 10am to 3pm

November 11th 2010 - Dementia Coping with Challenging Behaviour 10am to 3pm TBC

19th January 2011 - Stress Management 10am to 3pm Godalming Baptist Church

March 2011 - Caring for someone with personal care needs TBC

Time Out Events

21st July 2010 - Visit to Losely Park and Stately Home, Guildford Surrey. Join us for a visit to this beautiful Historic Home and Gardens. Guided tour of the house available, or simply enjoy the lovely walled garden, lakeside walk, teas rooms and gift shop. Picnic area provided if required. Group charge for house and garden £7 per person, or gardens only £3:50

21st September 2010 - Visit to Yvonne Arnaud Theatre (behind the scenes tour) - Join us for a backstage Tour around Yvonne Arnaud Theatre followed by a leisurely Coffee break in their Restaurant/Café overlooking the River Wey.  Tour starts at 10.30 am for approx. 1 hour.  Please contact us for more information.
