• Physically disabled

• Is Elderly or frail

• Has mental health issues

• Has a terminal illness

• Has special needs

IF YOU ARE PROVIDING REGULAR UNPAID CARE TO ANY OF THE ABOVE, THEN YOU ARE A CARER.

Children and young people (under 18) who undertake caring responsibilities or who are affected by a caring situation are known as Young Carers and have their own support organisation in Surrey, Surrey Young carers Project.
