• Information on services to support you in your caring role

• Information on benefits and help completing forms

• Advocacy and support in obtaining services

• A confidential Carers mailing list for regular information and a free carers newsletter

• Information on registering as a Carer with your GP Surgery / Social Services

• Support if you have recently ceased your caring role
