Here is some information regarding Carers Assessments and the Carers Equal Opportunities Act which came into force in April 2005.  There are also some websites listed that produce text relevant to carers in languages other than English. The leaflets are produced in PDF (portable document format), if you do not have the free adobe reader software to read PDF files click here to download it free of charge. The County Council is happy to provide information about Surrey County Council and the services they provide in your language, in large print, Braille or on audio tape.
