August 2007 Carers Emergency Card
- The card is currently being developed for launch in December 2007.
The card will be provided to carers across Surrey. The card will be
used in event of an accident or the carers becoming ill while outside
of the home and will provide the emergency services with the
information that a person who is ill, frail or disabled is at home.
This card then allows the emergency services to contact one of the
emergency numbers on the card so that the person at home can be
helped.
