The Strategy and Charter

Below are the two main document which are used within Surrey to develop services for Carers. The Carers Commissioning Strategy outlines what is being done within Surrey and why. The Surrey Carers Charter outlines the value, aims and standards. The charter is also used to monitor outcomes.

The Carers Commissioning Strategy and Carers Charter has been developed through discussions at the Surrey Carers Strategy Group and to reflect new legislation and Government Guidance. It is also a response to organisational changes in Health and Social Care Services in Surrey.
